I confirm that I accept this quotation in full and that it constitutes my order as specified. I confirm that all product details, sizes, quantities, and configuration (including direction of opening and that drawings are viewed from outside) are correct and approved for manufacture.

I understand that this quotation is for SUPPLY ONLY unless otherwise stated, and that measurement, installation, and site conditions are not the responsibility of the supplier.

I understand that all timber products are supplied unfinished and untreated, with no protective coating applied. I accept that all components must be sealed on all six sides immediately upon receipt, prior to installation, and fully finished after installation to prevent moisture ingress, movement, or damage.

I understand that where glass is included in the quotation, it is supplied loose (NOT FITTED) and must be installed in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Product Guide.

I understand that the performance of the product, including water tightness, air tightness, and structural integrity, is dependent on correct installation, sealing, glazing, handling, and site conditions, all of which are outside of the supplier’s control unless specifically included in the quotation.
